Orders
I did not receive an order confirmation?
If you have not received an email with the order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
I have received a product without sealing. Is this correct?
Please be aware that not all of our products have a seal. For more information about your product, please contact us.
Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently no, we only offer shipping within the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, we are currently working on expanding our shipping options.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over £50 otherwise fee of £4.96 will be applied at checkout.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your delivery.
My package was damaged upon receipt.
If any item(s) are damaged upon delivery you will be eligible for a return or replacement. We require a picture of the damaged product(s) included in your return form.
Do I have to be home when the package is delivered?
DPD allows you to receive notifications via email about their scheduled delivery, and you can choose to reroute or reschedule the delivery if you are not available. This service does not incur additional charges for you.
DPD won't ask you to sign for your parcel, they will take a photo of it instead in your open doorway as proof it has been delivered.
There's an error in my delivery address. Can I amend this?
We cannot correct addresses on orders already shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct delivery address ready and we will do our best to help.
Returns
Do you offer returns?
If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return. In order to be eligible for a return you must register the return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. For more details, please refer to our returns and refund policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How do I make a return?
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or this link, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
We ask you to securely package the products.
Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
I want to complain about a product. How can I do this?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products and brands are cruelty-free, this includes parent companies as well. We are committed to providing ethical skincare options that do not involve any animal testing. More info can be found here.
Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are vegan. These products are marked with a green label and you will find information about this in product description for each product.
Can I recommend a cruelty-free brand for you to add to your online shelfs?
Yes, of course! We welcome any suggestions, please let us know your favourite brands through this page.
Gift cards
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do, you will find them here.
How do I use my gift card?
You can redeem the value of your gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout.
If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will have to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
Your Account
How do I create/log in to my account?
Click on the login button and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a one-time 6-digit verification code, enter it to access your account page. Please note that a password isn't required to log in to your customer account.
How do I change personal details for my account (name and address)?
- When you have logged in. On your account page, click on your initials in the top right, and then click Account information.
- To edit your name, click on the pencil icon in the Profile section.
- To edit your shipping details, click on the pencil icon beside your address in the Addresses section.
